Hubert Kah

Was born on 22nd of March 1961 in Reutlingen, Germany. He had his first musical experiences in 1971 in playing the piano. 1973 he wrote his first songs. In 1977 he had his first official show with “ Hound Dog” at a schoolevent, after that he was a member of the Rockband “ Choice Quality”.
He got a record contract with Polydor in 1982. His single “Rosemarie” was Numer 3 in the german Single Charts, the album “Meine Höhepunkte” Number 5.
In 1983 he started his tour through Germany, “Sternenhimmel” became a Hit and got number 2 in the german Charts.
In 1984 he worked together with Michael Cretu.
“Engel 07” went into the Top 15 and was also a big success in Japan. He released the  album ”Goldene Zeiten”  and the single “Limousine” was a Top 5 hit in Germany, in the USA it became a number one hit in the Billboard Dance Charts.
He and Michael Cretu wrote a song for Sandra named "Maria Magdalena", it was sold more than 6 million times. That all happened in 1985.
The album “Tensongs” produced in 1986 reached the Top 30.
Hubert was a producer of “Two uf Us” and their single “ Blue Night Shadow” was in the Top 5.
"Military Drums" became a Top 30 hit. Hubert wrote " Dancing Into Danger" for Inker & Hamilton (Top20) in 1987.
In 1989 he and Michael Cretu break up, the Hubert Kah Band as well.
“Best Of Dance” released in 1990 in the USA and it is selling very good until today.
In 1991 Hubert authored “Liebe auf den ersten Blick” for Münchner Freiheit (Top 20).
In 1994 he wrote songs for Maggie Reilly and Sally Oldfield, too.
“Cést la vie” and the album “Hubert Kah” released in 1996.
